Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Altura Enterprises. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If any items are not in stock at the time you place your orders, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your orders using the original method of payment.


Shipping costs

 Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. You can see the cost of shipping at our checkout page after adding the items you would like to purchase.

Local (Bahrain) Delivery Policy

 Local Shipment processing time

All orders are processed either:

Next Day (Orders are processed and delivered next day).

Same Day (Orders are collected by the carrier 3 hours after order processing/collection and delivered on same day provided orders are placed before 1 PM).

Express (Orders are processed/collected and delivered within 2 hours).

Correct delivery address and contact details must be provided at checkout to ensure smooth delivery of your order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates are in Bahraini Dinars.

* Delivery or collection from/to Durrat Al Bahrain will be charged additional BHD 3.000.

A collection charge as stated in rates will be applied for any and all return delivery to us and will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • When the order delivery is refused after processing and collection by the carrier.
  • When refusing/canceling the order after delivery.

 The charge will not be applied and deducted if the order is canceled before processing/collection by the carrier to deliver.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 


Altura Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
