SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Altura Enterprises W.L.L (the “Company”). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your orders, we will notify you and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the total amount of your order. You can see the cost of shipping at our checkout page after adding the items you would like to purchase.
2.1 Local Shipment/Delivery processing time
(a) All orders are processed for Next Day delivery if placed before 6:00PM Bahrain Time (AST)(UTC+03:00) on regular days or before 2:00PM Bahrain Time (AST)(UTC+03:00) on public holidays.
(b) At the moment, deliveries start after 4:00PM and our delivery team will call the customer before heading out for delivery.
(c) No deliveries on Fridays. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on the next business day and delivered the following day.
(d) Orders placed after 6:00 PM (or after 2:00 PM on public holidays) will be processed on the next business day and delivered the following day.
2.2 Delivery Rates and Estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are listed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) as follows (the “Delivery Fee”).

2.3 Important Delivery Information
(a) Ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
(b) If your order is being delivered to Durrat Al Bahrain, you must select Next Day Durrat at checkout. Selecting another method may delay or cancel your shipment, and additional delivery charges may apply.
(c) If there is a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
2.4 Delivery Fee & Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of BHD 1.000 applies if you return an order via our delivery service (the “Restocking Fee”). This fee will be deducted from your refund in the following cases:
(a) when refusing or canceling the order after delivery is completed and/or at the time of delivery;
(b) canceling the order within the 7 calendar days of delivery; and/or
(c) upon return of edible consumable items (provided that such items will not be accepted for return and refund unless defective and not consumed).
The original delivery fee paid at the time of order will be deducted from your refund amount in addition to the Restocking Fee. If Delivery Fee was free, no amount will deducted for delivery.
However, both the Restocking Fee and Delivery Fee can be refunded if:
(a) the order is canceled within the cancellation deadline of 24 hours or before the deliverer has delivered to you; or
(b) the entire order is defective or incorrect.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
(a) You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
(b) You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is out for delivery.
(c) You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been delivered to you.
4. Damages & Liability
The Company is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please:
(a) retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods; and
(b) contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Local Pickup Policy
5.1 Local Pickup Processing Time
(a) At the checkout page process you can choose to pickup your order locally by visiting our store during business hours.
(b) Pickup orders are processed and usually ready within 24 (twenty four) hours during the store's business hours.
(c) You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
(d) You will receive a ready for pickup notification that your order is available for collection.
5.2 Pickup Damages & Liability
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost due to abuse, mishandling, failure to follow instruction manual after pickup and leaving the store. If you received a defective item, please visit us for inspection and procedures.
