RETURNS POLICY

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Altura Enterprises W.L.L (the “Company”).  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our returns and refund policy (“Returns Policy”).

1.          Definitions and Interpretation

1.1.     Definitions

For the purposes of this Returns Policy, the following words and expressions have the following meanings:

Goods

items offered for sale through the Service.

Orders

a request made by You to purchase Goods from the Company via the Service.

the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

 

1.2.     Interpretation

All capitalised terms shall have specific meanings as defined above, unless otherwise defined, regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2.          Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

(a)        Standard Delivery Orders: You can cancel within 24 (twenty four) hours before delivery.

(b)        Express Delivery Orders: You must cancel as soon as possible and, in any event, not later one (1) hour from the time the order is placed.

2.1.     How to Cancel Your Order

(a)        To cancel your order, please notify us via email at support@alturaenterprise.com.

(b)        Once we receive the returned Goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

2.2.     Refund Processing

(a)        Refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving the returned Goods.

(b)        The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase and You acknowledge that the time taken to credit the refund is out of the Company’s control.

(c)        Save for applicable delivery fees, no processing fees will be deducted for refunds.

3.          Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

(a)        the Goods were purchased within the last 15 (fifteen) calendar days;

(b)        the Goods are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging (including but not limited to any product instructions, documents and parts); and

(c)        You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3.1.     Non-Returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned:

(a)        Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized;

(b)        Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry has lapsed;

(c)        Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and/or were unsealed after delivery;

(d)        Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;

(e)        Goods which are damaged due to mishandling, misuse, improper use, normal wear and tear and/or negligence;

(f)         edible and/or consumable Goods which have been evidently consumed and/or without declaring clear defect in time; and

(g)        digital Goods which are not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and/or You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

We reserve the right to refuse the returns of any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

4.          Returning Goods

4.1.     Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

(a)        You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods.

(b)        Returns should be sent to:

(c)        We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service to avoid loss or damage during return transit.

4.2.     Collection Charge for Returns

(a)        A return delivery charge (as per our rates) will be deducted from your refund amount if you refuse or cancel an order after it has been delivered and/or at the time of delivery.

(b)        This charge will not apply if you cancel the order before collection by the carrier or before delivery.

(c)        We cannot process refunds without receiving the returned Goods or proof of return delivery.

5.          Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
