We deliver all over Bahrain. However, delivering to Durrat Al Bahrain will incur extra delivery charges.
Our delivery is next day except Fridays. If an order is made on Thursday, delivery will be on Saturday.
Orders placed before 6:00PM Bahrain Time (AST)(UTC+03:00) or before 2:00PM Bahrain Time (AST)(UTC+03:00) on public holidays are processed on the day for next day delivery.
Next Day: Delivered next day.
Next Day Durrat: Delivered next day, extra delivery charge.
Next Day Free: Delivered next day with FREE delivery when order reaches minimum eligible amount.
Next Day Durrat 50% Off: Delivered next day to Durrat with half off from Next Day Durrat delivery charge when order reaches minimum eligible amount.

All orders receive automatic email confirmation from our website. It may be possible that our email is in your spam or junk folder. Please have a look there. For further assistance, please submit your inquiry and contact/order details through our Contact Us page.
In the case you have not received your order by or passed the expected delivery method timeframe, please submit your inquiry and contact/order details through our Contact Us page.
In the unfortunate event where an item is defective, please submit your inquiry and contact/order details through our Contact Us page. We will arrange for collection of the item, or you can visit our store. Upon inspection and whether according to electrical or non-electrical nature of the item we can arrange the appropriate procedure.
Send us a message with your Order ID. You can find it in your order confirmation email.
We are not able to make a change in an already placed order. You would have to cancel the order and make a new order.
Changes can only be possible by canceling your order within cancelation timeframe for a quicker and smoother change or cancellation, or before the original order is delivered.
You will not be able to change an order once the order has been delivered to you.
If you still decide to cancel the order after the order has been delivered to you, there will be a collection charge in addition to the order delivery fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Please take a look at our return policy HERE.
You do not necessarily need an account, but we would recommend to create an account to better keep track of your orders, address, and faster checkout process in the future.
You can delete your account whenever you wish, and our website is secured and safe to use.
Items that are electric which has electrical components comes with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers parts only where the product fails within one year.
The warranty does not apply where other factors cause damage. This includes without limitation (a) normal wear and tear (b) abuse, mishandling accident or failure to follow operating instructions (c) breakage (d) exposure to liquid or foreign particles (e) exposure to extreme heat.
Please have the following information available prior to contacting us:
- Proof of date of purchase/order confirmation.
- Model and serial number.
We will inspect the item to identify and determine parts for replacement.
The customer is responsible for paying the freight and duties charges for replacement parts from the manufacturer. These charges must be paid and settled first by the customer before proceeding with the parts shipping.
